New Patients

If you are a new patient, please book a 60-minute Initial Consultation.

A $220 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Our reception team will contact you within the next few days to arrange payment. Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or you do not attend your appointment, a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment fee will apply.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth consultations are available for existing patients only and are offered on Fridays only unless other arrangements have been made.
